Pro Shop

We offer a full compliment of training gear and martial arts equipment for novices and pros alike.

Entry level equipment to full competition gear and uniforms, our Pro Shop has what you need to train right. We also offer a full compliment of Protein Powders, Supplements and a full equipped Juice Bar.

BootCamp

Join with some friends or yourself for an intense BootCamp that runs for two months at a time. Early riser or late boomer, we are here to accommodate your needs.

This intense BootCamp will target your overall health. Increase Speed, cardio, strengths, endurance, flexibility, coordination, core strengths etc. Also includes MMA.
